Monkee Mail Club Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Monkee Mail Club is a monthly subscription that automatically renews each month at the current membership price unless canceled.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and charges.

Monthly Mailings: To receive the current month’s Monkee Mail, join by the 10th of the month. Memberships beginning after the 10th will start with the following month’s mailing.

If a subscription is canceled after an order has already been processed or prepared for mailing, that shipment may still be sent and the associated charge may not be refundable.

Members may also skip an upcoming subscription order when that option is available through their customer account. Skipping an order does not cancel the membership.

If your Monkee Mail arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or there is a problem with your order, please contact Monkee Mail Club so we can help.

By purchasing a Monkee Mail Club membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges until the subscription is canceled.
